This study conducted a scoping review using the five-step framework developed by Arksey & O'Malley to examine research trends in organizational commitment among intensive care unit nurses in Korea. The literature search was conducted from November 1 to November 30, 2024. Domestic literature was searched in KCI, KISS, RISS, and Science ON, while international literature was searched in PubMed and Cochrane using combinations of the keywords ‘intensive care unit’, ‘nurse’, and ‘organizational commitment’. A total of 1,486 studies were identified, and 10 studies were ultimately included in this analysis. All studies were quantitative, using correlation analysis or regression analysis. A total of 17 variables related to intensive care unit nurses’ organizational commitment were identified, with turnover intention being the most frequently measured. Furthermore, person-centered care was measured in only one study. This study is significant in that it provides a scoping review of existing research on intensive care unit nurses' organizational commitment. It highlights the lack of studies that incorporating diverse research designs and variables that relate the characteristics of the intensive care unit, while also suggesting directions for future research.

본 연구에서는 국내 중환자실 간호사의 조직몰입 연구 동향을 확인하기 위하여 Arksey & O’Malley의 5단계에 따라 주제범위 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. 문헌 검색은 2024년 11월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 실시하였다. 국내 문헌은 KCI, KISS, RISS, Science ON에서 ‘중환자실’, ‘간호사’, ‘조직몰입’을 검색 키워드로 설정하여 검색하였고, 국외 문헌은 Pubmed, Cochrane에서 ‘intensive care unit’, ‘nurse’, ‘organization commitment’를 조합하여 검색하였다. 그 결과 총 1486편 의 문헌이 검색되었고 최종적으로 10편의 논문이 분석에 포함되었다. 최종 선정된 논문을 분석한 결과, 모든 연구가 양적 연 구이며 상관관계 또는 회귀분석을 실시하였음을 확인하였다. 또한, 중환자실 간호사의 조직몰입 관련 변수는 총 17개로 그 중 이직 의도가 가장 많이 측정되었고 한 편의 연구에서 인간중심간호를 측정하였음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기존에 발표된 중환자실 간호사의 조직몰입에 관한 연구를 통합적으로 고찰함으로써 연구 설계의 다양성과 중환자실 특성을 반영한 변수를 포함한 연구가 부족함을 확인하고 향후 관련 연구의 방향성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
