As South Korea enters an aging society, the demand for elderly healthcare services is rapidly increasing. This study identifies the current issues in elderly healthcare services and proposes solutions centered on community-based medical networks and the utilization of advanced ICT technologies. By enhancing cooperation among medical institutions, sharing medical information, and reducing duplicate treatments, patients can receive consistent care. Additionally, tailored services for elderly diseases are provided, and advanced technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and big data analytics are employed to offer efficient and secure healthcare services. The results of this study aim to improve the quality and efficiency of elderly healthcare services, thereby enhancing the quality of life for elderly patients.

고령화 사회로 진입한 우리나라에서 노인 의료서비스의 수요가 급증하고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 노인 의료서비 스의 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 개선하기 위한 지역사회 중심의 의료 네트워크 구축과 최신 ICT 기술을 활용한 방안 을 제안한다. 이를 통해 의료기관 간의 협력을 강화하고, 의료 정보를 공유하며, 중복 진료를 줄여 환자가 일관된 치 료를 받을 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 노인성 질환별 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고, 블록체인, IoT, 빅데이터 분석 등의 최신 기술을 활용하여 효율적이고 안전한 의료 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 노인의료 서비스의 질과 효율성을 향상시키고, 노인 환자의 삶의 질을 증대시키는 데 기여할 것이다.
