This study was intended to analyze the perception of patient personal information according to the Clinical practical experience of paramedic students and provide basic data for personal information protection education to improve the awareness and practice of personal information protection of enrolled students who will work as Paramedic in the future. As a result of the study, it was found that most students in the paramedic students recognized the importance of patient personal information protection, but the difference in the recognition of personal information can be confirmed in the presence or absence of practice. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a systematic educational program centered on cases by producing educational materials based on actual patient personal information leakage cases in order to increase the awareness of paramedic students personal information protection.

본 연구는 응급구조(학)과 학생의 임상 실습 경험에 따른 환자 개인정보에 대한 인식을 분석하여 향후 응급구 조사로 근무하게 될 재학생들의 개인정보보호 인식 및 실천도를 향상시키기 위한 개인정보보호 교육을 위한 기초자 료로 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 본 연구 결과에서 볼 수 있듯이 환자의 개인정보보호에 대한 중요성은 응급구조 (학)과 학생들 대부분 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났으나 실습 유무에 개인정보의 인지도의 차이를 확인할 수 있다. 따라서 응급구조(학)과 학생들의 개인정보 보호 인식도를 높일수 있도록 실제 환자 개인정보 유출 사례를 바탕으로 한 교육 자료를 제작하여 실제 사례 중심의 체계적인 교육 프로그램을 마련할 필요가 있다.
