The purpose of this study was to develop a community integrated care capacity tool for nurses and to evaluate its validity and reliability. Based on the six components of care capacity identified in the concept analysis, 68 items were extracted through content validity testing. 189 nurses were used to verify the validity and reliability of the collected data preliminary tool. Factor analysis and Pearson analysis were analyzed using correlation coefficients and Cronbach's alpha. The final 40 items were classified, and the total cumulative explained variance of the six extracted factors was 74.67%. Cronbach's alpha was .91. It shows that the integrated care capacity tool can provide scientific and empirical data when evaluating the effectiveness of nurses' nursing capacity for integrated care of subjects living in the community, and it is expected that it can be usefully utilized in the development and operation of educational courses and programs for strengthening nurses' capacity.

본 연구의 목적은 간호사의 지역사회 통합돌봄 역량 도구를 개발하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 평가하는 것으로 수 행되었다. 개념분석에서 파악된 돌봄 역량의 6가지 구성요소를 바탕으로 내용타당성 검사를 거쳐 항목을 68개 항목으 로 추출되었다. 수집된 데이터 예비도구의 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해 간호사 189명을 대상으로 설문하였다. 요인분석, Pearson분석, 상관계수와 Cronbach's alpha를 사용하여 분석하였으며. 최종 40개 항목으로 분류되었다. 추 출된 6가지 요인의 총 누적 설명변량은 74.67%를 설명하며. Cronbach“s α는 .91이었다. 통합돌봄 역량 도구가 지역 에서 거주하는 대상자의 통합돌봄을 위한 간호사 간호역량의 효과성을 평가할 때 과학적이고 실증적인 데이터를 제 공할 수 있음을 보여주며, 간호사 역량 강화를 위한 교육과정 및 프로그램 개발과 운영에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
