The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to prepare support measures in the teacher training process to improve early childhood teacher efficacy by analyzing the relationship between adult attachment, psychological well-being, and teacher efficacy of pre-service teachers. The research problem of this study is, first, what is the effect of adult attachment of pre-service teachers on teacher efficacy? Second, what is the effect of the psychological well-being of pre-service teachers on teacher efficacy? Third, what is the relative influence of pre-service teachers' adult attachment and psychological well-being on teacher efficacy? As a result of the study, first, the adult attachment of pre-service teachers showed a significant negative correlation with teacher efficacy, and psychological well-being and teacher efficacy showed a significant positive correlation. Second, as a result of analyzing the relative influence of pre-service teachers' adult attachment, psychological well-being, and teacher efficacy, adult attachment and psychological well-being were found to be major predictive factors affecting teacher efficacy. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that it is necessary to support programs that can form healthy attachments, increase self-esteem, and develop control over oneself and the environment in the teacher training process.

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 성인애착, 심리적 안녕감, 교사효능감 간의 관계를 분석하여 유아교사효능감 향상을 위한 교사 양성과정에서의 지원방안 마련을 위한 기초자료제공의 목적으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 첫째, 예비유아교사의 성인애착이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 둘째, 예비유아교사의 심리적 안녕감이 교사효능 감에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 셋째, 예비유아교사의 성인애착과 심리적 안녕감이 교사효능감에 미치는 상대적 영향 력은 어떠한가?이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 성인애착은 교사효능감에 유의한 부(-)적 상관을 보였으며, 심 리적 안녕감과 교사효능감은 유의한 정(+)적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 성인애착, 심리적 안녕감, 교사효 능감의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과, 성인애착과 심리적 안녕감은 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 주요 예측 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 교사양성과정에서 학생들이 건강한 애착을 형성하고 자존감을 높이며, 자신과 환 경에 대한 통제역량을 키울 수 있는 프로그램을 지원하는 것이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.
