5성급 호텔 종사원의 다양성 수용정도, 심리적 안정, 혁신행동에 관한 연구 : 해외 비즈니스 5성급 호텔종사원을 중심으로
A Study on the Diversity Sensitive Orientation, Psychological Stability, Innovative Behavior : Focusing on Overseas Business Five-star Hotel Employees
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the relationship between Diversity Sensitive Orientation, Psychological Stability and Innovation Behavior focusing on overseas business Five-Star Hotel Employees in Seoul. The survey was conducted for about one month from July 1st to 30th, 2024, and an empirical analysis was conducted using 261 valid samples. Statistical processing of the data collected in this survey was analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 statistical package program. First, as a result of regression analysis for that diversity sensitive orientation was positively effect on psychological stability. Second, that psychological stability was positively effect on innovation behavior. Third, that diversity sensitive orientation was positively effect on innovation behavior. Through this study, we intended to provide practical implications for officials in the hotel industry.
