The World Health Organization's declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic led to significant shifts in the food service industry, with a rise in contactless consumption methods like delivery services, kiosks, and drivethroughs due to social distancing. As people sought to cope with stress and restrictions, consumption patterns, particularly in the coffee industry, saw noticeable changes. This research focuses on analyzing search frequency data related to the "coffee industry" to identify trends, economic impacts, and sustainability. By processing and refining various search terms, the study aims to outline how the coffee sector can adapt and remain competitive in the Next Normal era. Emphasizing sustainability and technology, the research highlights the industry's role in driving sustainable practices and enhancing its position in both local and global markets. Understanding these trends will help businesses and policymakers effectively navigate the evolving coffee industry landscape.
