This study aims to explore a case of a leader guiding a creative organization in an ever-changing era. The subject of this study is Na Young-Seok, the entertainment director at Egg is Coming, who has recently been making a significant impact as a YouTuber. He is also well-known for achieving outstanding results through collaboration with fellow producers, writers, and junior staff, working as a team. His career provides valuable insights that can serve as a reference for other fields, where the creativity of teams or organizations and the role of leadership are critical to success. This study conducted a comprehensive review of articles and materials obtained by searching keywords such as ‘Na Young-Seok PD’ and ‘Na Young-Seok PD interview’ on Google and Naver around September 2024. Through content analysis and coding of the collected materials, the final data that aligns with the research topic were determined. The results were categorized into three main themes: people-centered leadership and collaborative culture, the team composition and collaboration strategy of Na Young-Seok’s group, and the content philosophy and goal-oriented production approach. This study offers meaningful insights into the leadership of creative organizations and team management, providing an effective leadership model.

본 연구는 변화무쌍한 시대에 창의적인 조직을 이끄는 리더의 사례를 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 분석 대상은 현재 에그 이즈 커밍 소속 예능 연출자이자 최근 에는 유튜버로 맹활약을 하고 있는 나영석 프로듀서(PD)이다. 그는 동료 PD, 작가, 후 배들과의 협업을 통해 팀으로서 일을 하여 최고의 성과를 내온 것으로도 잘 알려져 있 다. 그가 걸어온 행보는 팀이나 조직의 창의성과 리더의 역할이 중요한 타 분야에서도 참고할 만한 내용을 제시해 준다. 본 연구는 2024년 9월경에 구글과 네이버를 중심으 로 ‘나영석 피디’, ‘나영석 피디 인터뷰’와 같은 키워드로 검색을 하여 도출되는 기사와 자료들을 전수 확인하였다. 수집된 자료에 대한 내용 분석 및 코딩 등의 과정을 거쳐 연구의 주제에 부합하는 최종 데이터를 확정하였다. 연구 결과는 크게 세 가지 주제로 서 사람 중심의 리더십과 협업 문화, 나영석 사단의 팀 구성과 협업 전략, 콘텐츠 철학 과 목표 지향적 제작 방식이 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 창의적인 조직의 리더십과 팀 의 운영 방식에 관한 의미 있는 통찰과 효과적인 리더십 모델을 확인할 수 있을 것이다.
