This study explores measures for the warrant officer system to overcome the recruitment crisis caused by the decline in applications for junior officers and the early discharge of mid-level officers. To this end, the study focused on warrant officers as the research subjects and employed both literature analysis and Focus Group Interviews (FGI) with relevant personnel. The findings are as follows: First, the quota for warrant officers should be expanded, and field unit promotions should be strengthened. Second, it is necessary to amend laws and regulations related to the selection and personnel management of warrant officers. Third, the training period, curriculum, and content for warrant officers should be systematically improved. Through these measures, the military can internally address the recruitment of junior officers, thereby enhancing combat capabilities and ensuring stable personnel supply.

본 연구는 초급간부의 지원하락과 중간간부들의 조기 전역으로 인한 충원위기 극복을 위한 간부사관제도 방안을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 연구대상을 간부사관으로 한정하였으며, 연구방법은 문헌분석과 관련자 FGI 를 병행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 간부사관의 정원을 확대하고 야전부대 홍보를 강화해야 한다. 둘 째, 간부사관의 선발 및 인사관리에 관한 법령 개정이 필요하다. 셋째, 간부사관 교육기간 및 교육내용과 커리큐럼 을 체계적으로 보완해야 한다. 이를 통해 초급간부의 충원을 내부적으로 해결하여 군 전투력 향상 및 인력수급의 안정성을 도모할 수 있다고 본다.

The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
