The goal of this study is to examine the structural model based on the theoretical relationship between career maturity, college life adjustment and major satisfaction. The survey results from 247-university students were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0 to caculate path coefficients. First, the results from correlation analysis showed career maturity had a positive correlation with college life adaptation and major satisfaction. Second, the structural model showed significant level statistically. Third, path coefficients in the model explained career maturity had a direct impact on major satisfaction, and it had more positive impact on major satisfaction when college life adjustment was mediated between them. The results suggested the integrated support for career capacity and college life adjustment, and the method to raise the level of major satisfaction during the entire period in university.

본 논문은 대학생의 진로성숙도, 대학생활적응, 전공만족도 간의 구조적 관계 모형을 검증하는 것을 목적 으로 한다. 경기, 충청 지역 사립대학 재학 중인 247명의 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 변인 간 경로계수를 분석하였다. 첫째, 3개 변인 간 상관분석 결과, 진로성숙도는 대학생 활적응, 전공만족도와 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 구조모형 검증 결과 통계적으로 양호한 수준으로 나타났 다. 또한 진로성숙도는 대학생활적응과 전공만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치며, 대학생활적응 또한 전공만족도 에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 잠재변인 간 직, 간접효과는 진로성숙도가 전공만족도에 직접적 인 영향을 미치며, 대학생활적응을 경유할 때 전공만족도에 더 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 진로개발적 관점에서 대학생활적응과 진로교육의 통합적 지원을 제안하고, 재학 기간 전 주기에 걸친 전공만족도 제고 방안의 필요성을 시사한다.
