Foreigners with different languages and cultural backgrounds often face persistent challenges due to language barriers and complex procedures when addressing administrative, legal, and social issues. This study proposes a platform design that integrates AI and knowledge space theory, demonstrating clear advantages over conventional platforms by systematically analyzing user knowledge states and delivering highly efficient, customized services. The proposed platform utilizes knowledge space theory to precisely model the knowledge states of foreign users and employs AI to dynamically predict and adapt to their evolving needs in real time. Furthermore, it incorporates adaptive testing and prerequisite-based algorithms to streamline information delivery and automate administrative processes, significantly enhancing user experience in terms of efficiency and accuracy. By implementing advanced personalized services and optimized information pathways that surpass the capabilities of existing platforms, this approach enables foreigners to quickly access essential information and simplify complex administrative tasks. The findings of this study highlight the substantial potential of integrating AI and knowledge space theory to improve the quality of life and settlement outcomes for foreign residents.

언어와 생활 문화가 다른 외국인들은 행정적, 법적, 사회적 문제를 해결하는 과정에서 언어 장벽과 복잡한 절차로 인해 지속적으로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 AI와 지식공간 이론을 결합한 플랫폼 설계 방안을 제안하며, 이를 통해 기존 플랫폼 방식보다 사용자 지식 상태를 체계적으로 분석하고 효율적인 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 입증한다. 제안된 플랫폼은 지식공간 이론을 활용하여 외국인의 지식 상태를 세밀히 모 델링하고, AI 기술을 통해 실시간으로 변화하는 사용자 요구를 예측 및 반영한다. 또한, 적응형 테스트와 전제 관계 기반 알고리즘을 적용하여 정보를 제공하고 행정 절차를 자동화함으로써 사용자 경험의 효율성과 정확성을 대폭 향 상시킨다. 이러한 방식은 기존 플랫폼이 제공하지 못했던 고도화된 맞춤형 서비스와 정보 전달 방식을 구현함으로써 외국인이 일상적으로 필요한 정보를 신속히 얻고 복잡한 행정 절차를 간소화할 수 있도록 돕는다. 본 연구는 AI와 지식공간 이론의 통합이 체류 외국인의 생활 편의성과 정착 효율성을 높이는 데 크게 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다.
