This study conducted a stepwise multiple regression analysis to verify the relationship between personal trainers’ servicescape, exercise immersion, and repurchase intention. To this end, data were collected from individual and group personal training centers located in the metropolitan area. The collected data were subjected to item analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. The following conclusions were obtained from the analysis results. First, as a result of verifying the theoretical relationship between servicescape and exercise immersion, it was found that the subfactors of exercise immersion significantly explained servicescape. Second, as a result of verifying the relationship between servicescape and re-registration intention, it was found that all subfactors of servicescape significantly explained re-registration intention. Third, as a result of verifying the relationship between exercise immersion and re-registration intention, it was found that the subfactors of exercise immersion significantly explained re-registration intention.

본 연구는 퍼스널트레이너의 서비스스케이프, 운동몰입, 재등록 의사의 관계를 검증하기 위하여 단계별 중회귀분석 을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 개인 및 집단 퍼스널트레이닝 운동센터를 대상으로 총 267부의 설문자료를 수집하였 다. 수집된 자료는 문항분석과 상관분석, 그리고 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결 론을 얻었다. 첫째, 서비스스케이프와 운동몰입간 이론적 관계 검증의 결과, 운동몰입의 하위요인이 서비스스케이프를 유의 미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스스케이프와 재등록 의사간의 관계 검증 결과, 서비스스케이프의 모든 하위요 인이 재등록 의사를 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운동몰입과 재등록 의사간의 관계 검증 결과, 운동몰입의 하위요인이 재등록 의사를 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다.
