This study used the 4th data of the 2018 Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute to verify the effect of parents’ negative parenting attitudes on adolescents’ emotional behavioral problems and the mediating effect of social support and psychological well-being, and 2,265 out of 2,590 adolescents who responded to the survey were selected and analyzed as subjects. For the analysis, the PROCESS MACRO model 4, Bootstrapping-test technique, was used to verify the mediating effect and descriptive statistics and correlation analysis using the statistical package program SPSS WIN 25.0. As a result of the analysis, parents’ negative parenting attitudes had a positive(+) effect on adolescents’ emotional behavior problems, and social support and psychological well-being had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between parents’ negative parenting attitudes and adolescents’ emotional behavior problems. As a strategy to alleviate adolescents’ emotional behavior problems through the derived results, an effective intervention plan to reduce parents’ negative parenting attitudes was suggested.

본 연구는 부모의 부정적 양육태도가 청소년의 정서행동 문제에 미치는 영향과 사회적 지지 및 심리적 안녕감의 매 개효과를 검증하기 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서 실시한 2018 아동･청소년 패널조사(KCYPS) 4차 자료를 활용하였고 조 사에 응답한 청소년 2,590명 중 무응답을 제외한 2,265명을 조사대상자로 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 통계패키지 프 로그램 SPSS WIN 25.0을 활용하여 기술통계 및 상관관계 분석, 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 PROCESS MACRO 모형 4, Bootstrapping-test 기법을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 부모의 부정적 양육태도는 청소년의 정서행동 문제에 정(+)의 영향을, 부모의 부정적 양육태도와 청소년의 정서행동 문제의 정(+)의 영향 관계에서 사회적 지지와 심리적 안녕감은 부분 매개효과 를 보였다. 도출된 결과를 통해 청소년의 정서행동 문제를 완화하기 위한 전략으로 부모의 부정적인 양육태도를 줄일 수 있는 효과적인 개입방안을 제시하였다.
