This study aims to comprehensively analyze the complex and long-term effects of rapid changes in the international system on global supply chains (GSC) from multiple perspectives. Focusing on U.S.-China strategic competition, rising protectionism, and de-globalization, it analyze how these shifts affect trade and supply chain strategies, aiming to provide insights to strengthen GSC stability and reliability. By categorizing the international system into political, economic, and socio-cultural contexts, this research delves into each shift's impact on GSC. For example, political conflicts like the U.S.-China trade war, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and EU expansion are analyzed to build a model assessing their effects on national policies and supply chain stability. To collect data, this study utilized academic papers and resources from international organizations such as the UN, WTO, IMF, and World Bank, along with focus group interviews with experts in international politics and economics to identify specific risk factors in global supply chains. Based on this, we aimed to analyze and structure interactions among key actors, including nations and international organizations, using an entity extraction and ontology-based approach to contribute to the creation of a supply chain map. This approach seeks to ensure consistent knowledge exchange, interoperability across systems, and to enhance efficiency and collaboration in supply chain management (SCM)【Ye Lee, 2008】. This study is expected to provide valuable insights that will help businesses and policymakers easily understand shifts in international politics, anticipate the long-term effects and risks of the changing global political system on supply chain strategies, and develop appropriate response measures.

본 연구는 국제 체제의 급격한 변화가 글로벌 공급망(GSC)에 미치는 복합적이고 장기적인 영향을 다각도로 분석하고자 한다. 특히 미·중 전략 경쟁, 자국 우선 주의 강화, 탈세계화 등 다양한 국제 현상들이, 무역 및 공급망 전략에 미치는 영향 을 분석하고, 이를 통해 글로벌 공급망의 안정성과 신뢰성을 강화하는 인사이트를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 국제정치 체제를 정치적, 경제적, 사회·문화적 맥락에 서 유형화하고, 각 변화가 글로벌 공급망(GSC)에 미치는 영향을 보다 깊고 체계적 으로 분석하고자 한다. 정치적 갈등의 예시들로는 미·중 무역갈등, 러시아-우크라이 나 분쟁, 유럽연합의 확장 등이 있으며, 이러한 갈등이 각국 정책 및 공급망 안정성 에 미치는 파급효과를 보다 구체적이고 단계적으로 분석할 수 있는 모델을 구축하 고자 한다. 데이터 수집을 위해 학술 논문 및 UN, WTO, IMF, 세계은행 등 국제 기관자료를 활용하고, 국제정치 및 경제 전문가와의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 글 로벌 공급망 리스크 요인에 대한 구체화를 시도 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 엔티티 추 출과 온톨로지 기반의 접근 방식을 통해 국가 및 국제기구의 주요 행위자와 상호작 용을 분석하고, 계층화하여 공급망 MAP 구축에 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 일 관된 지식의 의미 교환과 시스템 간 상호 운영성을 확보하고, SCM의 효율성과 협 력성을 높이는 것을 목표로 하였다.[Ye 이, 2008] 본 연구는 기업 및 정책 결정자들 이 국제정치의 변화를 쉽게 이해하고, 변화하는 국제정치 체제가 공급망 전략에 미 칠 장기적 효과와 리스크를 예측하여 대응 방안을 수립하는데 유용한 통찰력을 제 공할 것으로 기대가 된다.
