Objective: This study aimed to examine the health factors affecting the current life satisfaction of older adults with disabilities living in single-person households. Methods: Health factors included physical, mental, and social factors, as suggested by the World Health Organization. This study used data from the 2020 Survey on the Status of Persons with Disabilities. This study focused only on older people with disabilities who lived alone or with their spouse. The total number of people with disabilities was 2,483. IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 program was used to analyze the health factors by conducting a descriptive analysis, chi-square test, and logistic regression. Results: The subjective health status of older adults with disabilities living in single-person households was lower than that of older adults living with their spouse (p < 0.05), and their experience of depressive symptoms (p < 0.05) and loneliness was higher (p < 0.05). In addition, cultural activities and current life satisfaction were lower in those living alone than that of adults living with a spouse. The health-related factors affecting the current life satisfaction of older adults with disabilities living alone included the presence of chronic diseases, level of stress, and satisfaction with cultural life. Conclusion: The physical, mental, and social health-related quality of life of those living alone was lower than that of those living with a spouse. Satisfaction with cultural life is necessary to improve the quality of life of older people with disabilities living alone, and satisfaction with cultural life is expected to improve their health.

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 고령장애인 1인 가구의 현재의 삶 만족도에 영향을 미치는 건강요인을 살펴보는 것이다. 방법: 건강요인은 세계보건기구에서 제시한 신체적, 정신적, 사회적 요소로 구성하였다. 본 연구를 위해 2020년 장애인 실태조사를 활용하였다. 본 연구는 고령 장애인 중 가구형태가 1인 가구 혹은 부부가구인 경우 만 대상으로 하였다. 이에 해당하는 장애인은 2,483명이었다. Window 26.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 이 연구는 기술분석, 카이제곱 검정, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 시행하여 고령장애인 1인 가구의 현재 삶 만족도에 영향을 미치 는 건강요인을 분석하였다. 결과: 고령장애인 1인 가구는 부부가구에 비해 주관적 건강상태는 낮았고(p<0.05), 우울 증상 경험(p<0.05) 과 혼자 외출 경험은 높았다(p<0.05). 또한 문화 활동과 현재 삶의 만족도는 부부가구에 비해 낮았다(p<0.05). 고령 장애인 1인 가구의 현재 삶의 만족에 영향에 미치는 건강 관련 영향 요인은 만성질환 유무, 스트레스 정도, 문화생활 만족도였다. 결론: 고령장애인 1인 가구의 삶의 질은 신체적, 정신적, 사회적인 건강이 부부 가구에 비해 취약한 것으로 드러났다. 고령 장애인 1인 가구의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해서는 문화생활 만족이 필요하며, 이러한 문화생활 만족은 건강 증진을 높여줄 것으로 기대한다.
