This study examined the structural relationship between professor-student interaction and academic burnout, focusing on their impact on university life adaptation. Based on survey results from university students in the Chungcheong region, a structural model was tested using SPSS and AMOS to calculate path coefficients. The findings showed that professor-student interaction positively correlated with university life adaptation and negatively correlated with academic burnout. Academic burnout also had a negative correlation with university life adaptation, indicating that positive interactions help improve adaptation and reduce burnout. Additionally, the analysis revealed that professor-student interaction had a more significant impact on university life adaptation when it reduced academic burnout. This underscores the importance of fostering supportive interactions to enhance students' adjustment to university life.

본 논문은 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 교수-학생 상호작용과 학업소진 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였 다. 이를 위하여 충청도 소재 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 195명의 검사 결과를 기반으로 설정한 구조모형의 검증을 시행하였으며, 분석을 위해 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 변인 간의 경로계수를 구하였다. 연구결과는 다 음과 같다. 첫째, 세 대 변인의 상관관계를 확인한 결과, 교수-학생 상호작용은 대학생활적응과 유의한 정적상관을 나타냈으며, 학업소진과는 부적인 상관을 보였다. 또한 학업소진은 대학생활적응과도 부적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 구조모형 검증결과 통계적으로 양호한 수준의 모형임이 확인되었다. 셋째, 직ㆍ간접효과 분석 결과, 교수-학생 상 호작용은 학업소진을 경유하면 대학생활적응을 더 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대학생활적응 을 높이기 위해서는 학업소진을 줄이기위한 교수-학생간의 상호작용이 중요함을 시사한다.
