This study aimed to understand the relationship between transformational leadership in foodservice companies and employees' job satisfaction and job performance. The objective of this research is to provide strategic insights to enhance the management efficiency of foodservice companies. Based on previous research, a research model was established, and a survey was conducted among foodservice employees in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions from September 5 to October 5, 2023. SPSS 24 was used to perform frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The empirical analysis results showed that individual consideration positively influenced job satisfaction (t=2.997) and organizational commitment (t=3.390), and motivation also positively influenced job satisfaction (t=4.815) and organizational commitment (t=5.361). However, charisma and intellectual stimulation did not affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Higher job satisfaction was associated with increased organizational commitment. This emphasizes the importance of managers' individual consideration and motivation for foodservice employees, highlighting that careful attention and motivation are needed in the foodservice industry.

본 연구는 외식 기업의 변혁적리더십과 종사원들의 직무만족 및 직무수행과의 관계를 파악하고자 했다. 이러한 연구 목적을 통해 외식기업의 경영 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정하였고, 2023년 9월 5일부터 10월 5일까지 서울·경기지역 외식기업 종사원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. spss 24를 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과; 개별적 배려는 직무만족(t=2.997)과 조직몰입(t=3.390)에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, 동기부여는 직무만족(t=4.815)과 조직몰입(t=5.361)에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤지만, 카리스마와 지적 자극은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한 직무만족이 높을수록 조직에 몰입하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 관리자의 개별적 배려와 동기부여가 외식 종사원에게 중요하며, 외식 산업에서는 세심한 배려와 동기부여가 필요하다는 점이 강조되었다.

Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
