The purpose of this study was to investigate the use experience, awareness, and educational needs of digital healthcare among 150 university students in the health science. This study conducted an online survey by selecting 150 health science university students included in the Department of Optometry and Dental Hygiene from August to September 2024. The survey consisted of a total of 26 questions, including questions about the subject's general characteristics, experience and satisfaction with digital healthcare, awareness of digital healthcare, and digital healthcare education in the health field. Among services corresponding to digital healthcare, wearable devices and mobile applications had the highest usage experience at 57.3% and 54.7%, respectively. Interest in digital healthcare was high at 60.7%, but awareness was low at 44.7%. The number of students who took digital healthcare-related classes was 8.0%, and 53.3% responded that related education was needed in the future. Educational needs were higher in cases with high awareness and demand prospects for digital literacy and digital healthcare compared to those without (p<0.05). There is a need to explore the introduction of a curriculum plan to increase health-related university students' awareness of digital healthcare and strengthen their professional capabilities.

보건계열 대학생 150명을 대상으로 디지털 헬스케어에 대한 이용 경험, 인식과 교육 요구도를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2024년 8월부터 9월까지 안경광학과와 치위생학과에 재학 중인 보건계열 대학생 150명을 선정 하여 온라인 설문 조사를 시행하였다. 설문은 총 26문항으로 대상자의 일반적인 특성, 디지털 헬스케어의 이용 경 험 및 만족도, 디지털 헬스케어에 대한 인식도, 보건계열에서 디지털 헬스케어 교육 관련 문항으로 구성하였다. 디 지털 헬스케어에 해당하는 서비스 중에서 이용 경험은 웨어러블 디바이스와 모바일 애플리케이션이 각각 57.3%와 54.7%로 높았다. 디지털 헬스케어에 대한 관심은 60.7%로 높았으나 인식은 44.7%로 낮았다. 디지털 헬스케어 관 련 수업을 수강한 학생은 8.7%이었고, 53.3%는 향후 관련 교육이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 교육 요구도는 디지털 리터러시, 디지털 헬스케어에 대한 높은 인식과 수요 전망을 가진 경우에 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 높았다 (p<0.05). 보건계열 대학생의 디지털 헬스케어 관련 인식과 전문적인 역량 강화를 높이기 위해서 교육 과정 방안 도입을 모색할 필요가 있다.
