This study is a descriptive research study attempted to determine the impact of nursing students' resilience, interpersonal competence, and clinical practice adaptation on peer group caring behavior. The subjects of the study were 168 students attending the Department of Nursing at a university located in G Metropolitan City, and data collection was conducted from June 10 to June 20, 2024 using a self-report questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis were performed on the collected data using the SPSS 25.0 program. Research results showed that peer caring behavior was significantly correlated with resilience (r=.625, p<.001), interpersonal competence (r=.657, p<.001), and clinical practice adaptation (r=.220, p=.004). The influencing factors for peer caring behavior were resilience (β=.277, p=.002) and relationship competence (β=.431, p<.001), with a total explanatory power of 58.1%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and operate a systematic program that considers resilience and interpersonal competence to improve nursing students' peer care behavior.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 회복탄력성, 대인관계유능성 및 임상실습적응이 동료돌봄행위에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 G광역시 소재 대학 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생 168명으로, 자료수집은 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2024년 6월 10일에서 6월 20일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 program을 이용하여 기술 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 동료돌봄행위는 회복탄력성(r=.625, p<.001), 대인관계유능성(r=.657, p<.001), 임상실습적응(r=.220, p=.004)과 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 동료돌봄행위의 영 향요인은 관계유능성(β=.431, p<.001), 회복탄력성(β=.277, p=.004)으로 총 설명력은 58.1%였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간 호대학생의 동료돌봄행위 향상을 위해 회복탄력성과 대인관계유능성을 고려한 체계적 프로그램 개발 및 운영이 필요하다.
