When ICT education is conducted from the basic education of the recipient country, the effect of ICT ODA continues. LPTTC is in charge of basic ICT education in Laos. In order to strengthen the capacity of LPTTC faculty, I developed ICT education content in cooperation with the recipient country faculty. The content focused on the training of prospective teachers who will be in charge of ICT education and CS(computer science) education. In order to verify the developed content, we operated an intensive training class for prospective teachers of LPTTC and applied it as a pilot test. The participants in the training expressed their satisfaction. Through interviews, the researcher was able to find out that the content development team gained experience in international cooperation through the project and strengthened their capacity through the development of ICT education content. Through the research, I found out that Korea's ICT education experience can be of great help to the recipient country in the development of the ICT ODA sector.

수원국의 기초교육부터 ICT교육을 진행했을 때 ICT ODA의 효과는 지속된다. LPTTC는 라오스의 ICT 기초교 육을 담당하고 있다. LPTTC 교수진의 역량강화를 위해, 나는 수원국 교수진과 협력하여 ICT교육 콘텐츠를 개발 하였다. 콘텐츠는 ICT교육과 CS교육을 담당할 예비교사 교육에 초점을 맞추었다. 개발된 콘텐츠의 검증을 위해 우리는 LPTTC 예비교사를 대상으로 집중이수 클래스를 운영하여 시범 적용하였다. 교육 참가자들은 만족스럽다 는 의견을 제시했다. 콘텐츠 개발진이 프로젝트를 통해 국제협력에 대한 경험을 확보하였고, ICT교육 콘텐츠 개발 을 통해 역량이 강화하였음을 연구자는 면담을 통해 알 수 있었다. 연구를 통해 수원국의 ICT ODA분야 발전에 한국 ICT교육 경험이 수원국에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있음을 알았다.
