- This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurial orientation, capability, and attitude on the timing of entrepreneurial implementation plans, and explores how the moderating effect of entrepreneurship education varies between metropolitan and non-metropolitan residents. Using data from the "2022 Korea Entrepreneurship Survey," an ordered logistic regression analysis was conducted. The results revealed that for metropolitan residents, higher levels of entrepreneurial orientation and capability were associated with earlier implementation of entrepreneurial plans; however, when entrepreneurship education was received, the timing tended to be delayed. In contrast, non-metropolitan residents with higher levels of entrepreneurial orientation and capability initially experienced delayed implementation, but the timing was advanced through entrepreneurship education. These findings suggest that while entrepreneurship education encourages metropolitan residents to carefully evaluate their implementation plans, it fosters a positive attitude and accelerates the implementation timing among non-metropolitan residents. This indicates that the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education may vary depending on regional characteristics, highlighting the need for region-specific entrepreneurship policies and educational programs.

- 본 연구는 기업가적 지향성, 역량, 태도와 창업실행계획 시기와의 관계에서 창업 교육의 조절 효과를 살펴보 았다. 수도권과 비수도권 거주 개인의 창업에 대한 인식 차이가 다를 것이라는 가정하에 거주지역을 구분하여 창업 교육의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 ｢2022년 기업가정신 실태조사 개인편｣의 자료를 기반으로 순서형 로지스 틱 회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 수도권 거주자의 경우 높은 기업가적 지향성과 역량이 창업실행 계획 시기를 앞당기는데 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 비수도권 거주자의 경우 높은 기업가적 지향성과 역량 이 창업실행계획 시기를 지연시키는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 창업교육의 조절효과와 관련하여, 수도권 거주자 의 경우 창업교육이 창업실행계획을 보다 신중하게 검토하도록 유도하여 창업실행계획 시기를 지연시키는 데 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 비수도권 거주자에게 창업교육은 창업에 대한 긍정적인 태도와 부족한 역량을 갖 추도록 하여 창업실행계획 시기를 앞당기는 데 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 창업 교육의 효과가 지역적 특성에 따라 상이하게 나타날 수 있으며, 지역별 맞춤형 창업 정책 및 교육 프로그램의 필요함을 시사한다.

- Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
