- This study considered medical reform and the medical ideology of the Joseon Dynasty. It is said that the annual salary of Korean doctors is the highest in the world. What does this mean? As the number of medical schools has not increased for decades, income has increased, and only they have been friendly and authoritative. The people's medical services have been underdeveloped and complaints have continued to increase. In the Yoon Suk Yeol government, prior to medical reform, they added to the anger of the people by demonstrating on the street and going on hunger strike. As doctors including residents struggled, they forgot their responsibility for the use of the emergency room. It also started a tactic of medical strike ahead of the holiday. The government is creating a confrontation with each other, such as sending military doctors to these attitudes. In this respect, this paper analyzes the necessity and problems of medical reform and illuminates Dasan's thoughts of righteousness revealed in the Mokminsimseo.

- 우리나라 의사들의 연봉은 세계에서도 가장 높다고 한다. 이것은 무엇을 의미하는가. 수십 년간 의대 정 원이 늘어나지 않으니 수입은 늘어났고 자기들만의 기득권을 유지하고 권위를 누렸다는 것이다. 국민의 의료서비 스는 낙후되고 불만은 계속 늘어난 것이다. 윤석열 정부 들어 의료 개혁에 앞서니 이들은 길거리에서 데모하고 단 식투쟁을 하는 등 국민의 분노를 더욱 가중시켰다. 전공의를 비롯한 의사들이 투쟁하다 안되니 국민들의 응급실 이용에끼지 그 책무를 망각한 것이다. 그것도 명절을 앞두고 의료파업의 전술을 개시한 셈이다. 정부는 이런 의사 들의 태도에 군의관을 파견하겠다고 하는 등 서로가 대치 국면을 조성하고 있다. 정부도 의료계의 입장과 환경을 고려하고 대화와 협의와 협력을 하여야 하는데 강경 일변도에 합의를 보지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 측 면에서 의료개혁의 당위성과 문제점 그리고 방향을 분석하였다. 또한 다산 정약용 선생의 의휼사상을 조명하고자 한다.

- Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
