This study was attempted to identify general characteristics according to lifestyle, skin health care knowledge by lifestyles, skin health care attitude by lifestyles, and skin health care behavior by lifestyles in 198 adult women in their 40s in Seoul. The collected data were verified for significance within the 5% level of significance by reliability analysis, chi-square test, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and analysis of variance(ANOVA) using the SPSS 29.0 program. As a result of the study, in the case of a health-oriented lifestyle, there were many University graduates, and 25.0% of company employee and 22.9% of housewives were employed. Trend-oriented lifestyle was characterized by many professionals, society-oriented lifestyle was characterized by many company employee, and economy-oriented lifestyle was characterized by many housewives. As a result of skin health-related knowledge, the correct answer rate for all items by lifestyle was relatively high at 83.8%, and the trend-oriented lifestyles had the highest correct answer rate and the health-oriented lifestyles had the lowest (p<.001). There was a significant difference in attitude and behavior toward skin health care in the society-oriented lifestyles and the lowest economy-oriented lifestyles(p<.001). Therefore, it was found that the society-oriented lifestyle is the most active lifestyle in attitudes and behaviors for skin health care, and the economy-oriented lifestyle is the most passive lifestyle. Based on the results of this study, it is considered necessary to develop a basic data program for skin health intervention education to induce skin health behavior.

본 연구는 서울 지역의 40대 성인여성 198명을 대상으로 라이프스타일에 따른 인구통계학적 특성, 라이프 스타일 유형별 피부건강관리에 대한 지식, 라이프스타일 유형별 피부건강관리에 대한 태도, 라이프스타일 유형별 피부건강관리에 대한 행위를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0 프로그램을 활용하여, 신뢰도분석 교차분석, 요인분석, 군집분석, 분산분석(ANOVA)으로 모든 결과는 유의수준 5% 범위에서 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 건강지향형 라이프스타일의 경우, 학력은 대졸이 많았고 직업은 회사원 25.0%와 전업주부 22.9%로 나 타났다. 유행추구형 라이프스타일은 전문직이 많았으며, 사회지향형 라이프스타일은 회사원이 많았으며, 경제지향 형 라이프스타일은 전업주부가 많은 특징이 있었다. 피부건강관련 지식에 대한 결과는 라이프스타일별 전체 항목 에 대한 정답률은 83.8%로 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 유행추구형이 가장 정답률이 높았고 건강지향형이 가장 낮았 다(p<.001). 피부건강관리에 대한 태도와 행위에 대한 결과는, 사회지향형이 가장 높았고, 경제지향형이 가장 낮아 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.001). 따라서 사회지향형이 피부건강을 위한 태도와 행위에서 가장 적극적인 라이프스타 일이며 경제지향형이 가장 소극적인 라이프스타일임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 피부건강행동을 유 도하기 위한 피부건강 중재교육의 기초자료 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이라 사료된다.
