This study empirically analyzed the impact of non-face-to-face (online) course design on university students' teaching presence, learning presence, and psychological capital in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The research was conducted with 96 students enrolled in the “Introduction to Psychology” course at K University in the Chungcheong region. The results indicated that the design of non-face-to-face courses significantly enhanced students' teaching presence, learning presence, and psychological capital. These findings suggest that appropriate course design and management in online settings play a crucial role in increasing students' engagement and academic performance. Moreover, the enhancement of psychological capital was shown to have a positive impact on students' mental health and academic achievement. The implications of these results are discussed.

본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 비대면 수업 설계가 대학생들의 교수실재감, 학습실재감, 긍정심리 자본에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 충청권 소재 K대학교에서 “심리학의 이해” 교양 과목을 수강한 대 학생 96명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였으며, 연구 결과 비대면 수업 설계를 통해 교수실재감, 학습실재감, 긍정심 리자본이 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 비대면 수업에서도 적절한 교수설계와 운영이 학습 자의 몰입도와 성과를 높이는 데 중요한 역할을 한다는 점을 시사하며, 특히 긍정심리자본의 증진은 학습자의 정 신건강과 학업성취에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 보여준다. 연구결과에 따른 시사점을 논의하였다.

INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
