This study analyzed the impact of entrepreneurial environmental factors on entrepreneurial activities across continents using GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) national survey. The entrepreneurial environment variables were assessed using the NES (National Expert Survey) and comprised nine components: entrepreneurial finance, government support and programs, taxation and regulation, adult entrepreneurial education and training, research and development transfers, entrepreneurial market activation, market entry regulations, physical infrastructure, and cultural and social norms. The entrepreneurial activity variable used the Total Early-stage Entrepreneurial Activity (TEA) index to analyze the continents of South America, North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. The results showed that in the continents of South America, North America, and Europe, government support and policies, taxation and regulation, and market entry regulations have an impact, while in Africa, cultural and social norms affect the activation of entrepreneurial activities.

본 연구는 대륙별로 창업환경 요소가 창업활동 활성화에 미치는 영향을 GEM 국가별 조사 자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 창업환경변수는 NES(국가별전문조사)를 활용하 였으며 기업가적 금융, 정부지원 및 프로그램, 세금 및 규제, 성인 창업 교육·훈련, 연구 개발 이전, 창업시장 활성화, 시장진입 규제, 물리적 인프라, 문화·사회적 규범을 포함 한 총 9개의 항목을 사용하였다. 창업활동 변수는 총초기창업활동지수(TEA)를 활용 하여 남아메리카, 북아메리카, 유럽, 아시아, 아프리카 5개 대륙을 분석하였다. 연구 결 과 남아메리카, 북아메리카, 유럽 대륙에서 정부지원 및 정책, 세금 및 규제, 시장진입 규제가 영향을 미치며 아프리카 대륙은 문화·사회적 규범이 창업활동활성화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
