Venture companies can diversify risks by developing dynamic capabilities and pursuing global entrepreneurship, finding new opportunities by accessing various resources and customers, increasing profits through market expansion, acquiring new technologies and strengthen competitiveness and innovation by collaborating with global partners. This study surveyed venture and start-up company members in the Daegu/Gyeongbuk region and analyzed how global entrepreneurship influences overseas expansion performance and the mediating role of dynamic capability. This study found that:(1) innovativeness, a sub-factor of global entrepreneurship, positively influenced opportunity-seeking and resource-acquisition abilities of dynamic capability;(2) resource-reorganization ability, a sub-factor of dynamic capabilities, positively influenced financial performance of overseas expansion, while opportunity-seeking and resource-acquisition abilities did not;(3) risk-taking, a sub-factor of global entrepreneurship, positively influenced financial performance of overseas expansion; and(4) dynamic capability mediated the relationship between risk-taking and overseas expansion performance only for resource-reorganization ability, not for opportunity-seeking and resource-acquisition abilities. This study implies that: resource-reorganization ability mediates the effect of global entrepreneurship on overseas expansion performance, implying that firms can create corporate performance of overseas expansion by reconfiguring management and production processes, relocating their resources and changing manufacturing processes.

동적역량을 개발하고 글로벌 기업가정신을 추구함으로써, 벤처기업은 위험을 분산하고, 다른 자원과 고객에 접근하여 새로운 기회를 찾을 수 있고, 시장 규모를 확장함으로써 이익을 증가시킬 수 있다. 또한, 새로운 기술을 획득하고 글로벌 파트너들과 협력함으로써 경쟁력과 혁신을 강화할 수 있다. 본 연구는 대구/경북권 벤처인증기업과 예비벤처기업, 창업기업에 종사하는 조직구성원을 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 조직구성원의 글로벌 기업가정신이 해외 진출 성과에 미치는 영향과 동적역량의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 글로벌 기업가정신의 하위요인 중 혁신성이 동적역량의 기회탐색능력, 자원획득능력에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 동적역량 세부요인 중 자원재구성 능력이 해외 진출성과의 재무적성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 기회탐색능력과 자원획득능력은 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 글로벌 위험감수성만이 재무적성과에 정(+)의 영향이 있었다. 넷째, 위험감수성과 해외 진출 성과 간 동적역량의 매개효과는 자원재구성능력만 유의하였다. 본 연구는 기업구성원이 외부 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처하여 관리 및 생산 프로세스를 재구성하고, 보유자원을 재배치, 그리고, 제조 공정을 변경함으로써, 기업의 해외 진출 성과를 창출할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.
