This study is a case study on ways to vitalize the college life of adult learners in a university industry. The average age was 39.64±25.21 for men and 56.50±13.75 for women, with a mean of 49.56±20.74 years. As for residence, 20 people (58.82%) lived near the university, while 14 people (41.18%) lived outside the university, showing that there were many people living near the university. The highest number of graduates were from liberal arts high schools (10), specialized high schools (6), accredited high schools (16), and high schools that passed the qualification exam (2). The university's curriculum consisted of face-to-face classes four days a week, with each grade assigned an advisor. For the comparative education curriculum, student representatives were selected for each grade, and from March to February, various non-curricular educational programs such as opening meetings, mid-term meetings, final meetings, MT, capstone competition, gymnastics competition, and certification programs were held to increase satisfaction with college life. Therefore, the more adult learners there are, the more diverse educational programs will be needed to increase university satisfaction through systematic curricular and extracurricular courses. This study attempted to use it as basic data to increase the satisfaction of college life among adult learners in industrial settings outside of the garden.

본 연구는 일개대학 정원외 산업체 성인학습자의 대학생활 활성화 방안을 위한 사례 연구이다. 연령 평균은 남 39.64±25.21, 여 56.50±13.75, 평균 49.56±20.74세이다. 거주지는 대학소재지 20명(58.82%), 대학소재지외 14명(41.18%)로 대학소재지 거주자가 많았다. 출신고등학교는 인문계고 10명, 특성화고 6명, 학력인정 고등학교 16명, 검정고시 2명으로 학력인정 고등학교가 가장 많았다. 대학의 교과 교육과정은 주에 4일 수업을 대면으로 하였고 학년별 지도교수를 배정하 였다. 비교 교육과정으로는 학년별 학생 대표를 선정하였고 3월부터 새로운 2월까지 개강모임, 중간모임, 종강모임, MT, 캡스톤경진대회, 체조대회, 자격증 취득 프로그램 등 다양한 비교과 교육과정을 통한 대학생활 만족도를 높였다. 따라서 성인학습자 일수록 체계적인 교과와 비교과 교육과정을 통하여 대학만족도를 높일 수 있는 다변화된 교육프로그램이 필 요할 것이다. 본 연구는 정원외 산업체 성인학습자의 대학생활 만족도를 높이기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다.
