A shared kitchen is a part of the shared economy, which can be described as "a system that reduces costs and improves efficiency by sharing a space equipped with kitchen equipment with multiple people." This study intends to summarize the development direction of shared kitchens in the two countries by analyzing the use intentions and differences of shared kitchens in China and South Korea. It is concluded that shared kitchens in China may place more emphasis on economical savings and social interaction, while South Korea may pay more attention to personal cooking needs and convenience, thus revealing the cultural, economic and lifestyle differences in the development direction of shared kitchens between the two countries.

공유주방은 공유경제의 한 부분으로, "주방기기를 갖춘 공간을 여러 사람이 공유함으로써 비용을 절감하고 효율성을 향상시키는 시스템"이라고 설명할 수 있다. 본 연구는 중국과 한국의 공유주방의 사용의도와 차이점 을 분석하여 양국 공유주방의 발전방향을 요약하고자 한다. 중국의 공유주방은 경제적 절약과 사회적 상호작 용에 더 중점을 둘 수 있는 반면, 한국은 개인의 요리 욕구와 편의성에 더 관심을 둘 수 있어 양국 공유주방의 발전방향에 있어 문화적, 경제적, 생활양식적 차이를 드러낼 수 있다는 결론이다.
