Purpose: This study aimed to understand the relationship between risk-sensitive factors and safety and unsafe behavior, and to clarify the relationship between risk-sensitive factors and demographic characteristics through response matching analysis. To this end, a survey was conducted on 501 construction site workers and data were analyzed using the SPSS program. Method: Six factors were derived through frequency analysis, cross-analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis for data purification. Multiple regression analysis and response analysis were conducted. Result: Risk-sensitive sensitivity and avoidance were found to have a significant effect on safety behavior and unsafe behavior, and the relationship was found according to age and occupation. Conclusion: Taken together, it shows that safety behavior is influenced by managing individual risk sensitivity and sensitivity, and properly managing avoidance. Accordingly, it suggests that intervention is necessary to manage risk sensitivity and sensitivity to promote safety behavior and maintain a sustainable safety culture, and to prevent excessive avoidance.

연구목적: 본 연구는 위험감수성요인과 안전·불안전행동의 관계를 파악하고, 대응일치분석을 통해 위 험감수성요인과 인구학적 특성의 관계를 명확히 하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 건설현장 종사자 501명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구방 법: 데이터 정제를 위해 빈도분석, 교차분석, 탐색적 요인분석(Factor Analysis)과 신뢰도분석을 통해 6 요인이 도출되었다. 이후 다중회귀분석(Regression Analysis), 대응분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 위험 감수성 민감성과 회피성이 안전행동과 불안전행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 연 령과 직종에 따라 관련성이 나타났다. 결론: 안전행동은 개인의 위험감수성과 민감성을 관리하고, 회피 성을 적절히 통제하는 데 영향을 받음을 보여준다. 따라서 안전행동 촉진과 지속 가능한 안전 문화 유지 를 위해 위험감수성과 민감성을 관리하고, 과도한 회피성을 방지하기 위한 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.
