This research examined the business system and current status of safety security manpower who is managing directly important wooden cultural heritage and grasped current situation of arrangement and age and duties of safety security manpower arranged in 158 important wooden cultural heritages. Also, it intends to draw current status and implications of safety security and suggest developmental direction for the establishment of wooden cultural heritage’s preventive measures in the future. The Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), established by the armistice agreement of the Korean War in 1953, runs across the central part of the Korean Peninsula and spans approximately 250 km between South Korea and North Korea. The DMZ is home to several ancient relics and tombs, which are important for understanding the history and culture of the Korean Peninsula. However, due to military tensions, the DMZ is used by both North and South Korea for military training and testing, with numerous firing ranges and military training facilities distributed throughout the area. In the DMZ, shock waves from firing range tests travel with higher intensity over long distances compared to other types of shock noise. This can cause vibrations in structurally vulnerable cultural heritage sites, potentially leading to minor deformations or cracks depending on the noise level. This study measured shock noise from large-caliber firing tests at shooting ranges in the DMZ, analyzed the data, and predicted the extent of potential damage by comparing it with vibration standards related to cultural heritage.

1953년 한국 전쟁 휴전 협정에 따라 설정된 비무장지대는 한반도 중부를 가로막고 있으며, 남한과 북한 사이 약 250km에 걸쳐 설정되어있다. 비무장지대에는 여러 고대 유적과 고분이 존재하며, 이는 한반도의 역사와 문화를 이해하는데 중요한 자료이 다. 하지만 군사적 긴장 상태로 인해 비무장지대는 남북한 모두 군사 훈련 및 시험지역으로 활용되며, 실제 사격시험장과 군사 훈련시설이 많이 분포되어 있다. 비무장지대 내 시험장에서 사격시험 중 발생하는 충격소음은 여타의 충격소음과 다르게 높은 발생 강도로 원거리까지 전달되며 소음에 크기에 따라 구조적으로 취약한 국가유산에 진동을 유발하여 미세한 변형이나 균열 을 일으킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 비무장지대에 위치한 사격시험장에서 수행하는 대구경 사격시험 중 발생하는 충격 소음을 측정하고, 측정된 데이터를 분석하여 국가유산 관련 진동기준과 대비하여 충격소음에 의한 피해의 정도를 예측하였다.

    ○ 최근 문화재는 다양한 각종 재난에 노출되어 화재뿐만 아니라 기후변화에 의한 풍수해피해, 지진피해, 낙뢰, 병충해피해 등 다양한 자연재난 및 사회재난으로부터 문화재가 훼손되고 있다. ○ 2005년 산불의 확산으로 인한 낙산사 경내 문화재의 피해, 2008년 방화로 인한 국보 1호 숭례문 소실은 전 국민을 슬픔과 충격에 빠뜨렸다. 계속되는 문화재의 재난발생은 문화재방재에 대한 필요성과 중요성을 각인시키면서 문화재방재분야의 학술활동단체 설립이 요구되고 있다. ○ 기존 문화재 관련 학회는 문화재의 고고학적 의미 등을 주요영역으로 다루고 있다. 그러나 문화재방재학회는 자연재난, 사회재난으로부터 문화재를 지키고 보존하기 위한 학술적 영역의 의미를 가진다. 문화재방재학회는 타 학회와 차별화된 고유의 영역으로 자리매김 할 것이며 이를 설립의 취지로 한다.
