The purpose of this study is to observe the trend of mission command research of domestic academic and degree papers, and to consider the direction of future research. To this end, 143 domestic papers were analyzed for data suitability, annual status of papers, frequent topics, and research methods. The research results are as follows. First, the weight and research trend by thesis type were confirmed, and the development process of the research was systematically organized. Second, the characteristics of research topics and research methods by thesis type were confirmed. Third, a study considering the aspect of the 'command control approach' as the direction of future mission command research, the development of education program, scales and evaluation indicators for the 'principle of mission command' to carry it out, and the establishment of classification standards for the 'principle of mission command' were presented. The implication of this study is that it is the first study to analyze domestic research trends related to mission command, and the academic research direction was suggested in connection with military doctrine.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 학술 및 학위논문의 임무형지휘 연구 동향을 관찰하고, 향후 연구의 방향을 제시 해 보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 국내 논문 143건을 대상으로 자료 적합 여부, 연도별 논문 현황과 빈출 주제, 연구 방법을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 논문 유형별 비중과 연구 동향을 확인하고, 연구의 발전 과정 을 체계적으로 정리하였다. 둘째, 논문 유형별 연구 주제의 특징과 연구 방법의 추세를 확인하였다. 셋째, 향후 임 무형지휘 연구의 방향으로 ‘지휘통제의 접근법’ 측면을 고려한 연구와 이를 수행할 ‘임무형지휘의 원칙’에 대한 교 육 프로그램, 척도 및 평가지표 개발, 임무형지휘 학술연구 분야 분류 기준 정립을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 시사점 은 임무형 지휘 관련 국내 연구 동향 분석을 시도한 최초의 연구로서 군사교리와 연계하여 학술적 연구 방향을 제시한 점에 있다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
