Flipped Learning을 활용한 정신간호학 실습 S-TBL 교수학습법 개발 및 효과
Psychiatric Nursing Practice S-TBL Teaching Learning Method Development and Application Using Flipped Learning
This study attempted to develop the S-TBL teaching method for mental health nursing practicum using Flipped Learning, and aimed to examine its effects on nursing students' communication skills, critical thinking disposition, problem-solving abilities, and learning attitudes. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest, involving a total of 46 nursing students from a university in City C, with 23 students in the experimental group and 23 in the control group. The results of the study revealed that problem-solving abilities (t=2.41, p=.020) and learning attitudes (t=2.25, p=.030) significantly improved in the experimental group compared to the control group. Therefore, there is a need to expand the application of this teaching method based on the study's findings, and it is suggested to conduct further repeated studies to verify the effectiveness of the S-TBL teaching method using Flipped Learning in various practical training courses.

본 연구는 Flipped Learning을 활용한 정신간호학실습 S-TBL 교수학습법을 개발하여 간호대학생의 의 사소통능력, 비판적 사고성향, 문제해결 능력, 학습태도에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 시도되었다. 연구는 비동등성 대조군 전후 실험설계의 유사실험연구로, C시에 소재한 간호대학생 중 실험군 23명, 대조군 23명, 총 46명이었다. 연구결과, 문제해결 능력(t=2.41, p=.020)과 학습태도(t=2.25, p=.030)은 실험군이 대조군에 비해 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 교수법을 확대 적용할 필요성이 있으며, 추후 다양한 실습수업에 플립러닝을 활용한 S-TBL 교수학습법을 적용하여 그 효과를 확인하는 반복 연구의 시행을 제언한다.

Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications.
