This study aims to analyze keywords related to youth parents in media coverage using big data analysis techniques. The research seeks to identify the main topics of interest concerning youth parents as reported in the press. Specifically, we collected 2,711 news articles from Naver News published between January 2005 and May 2024. The study utilized various big data analysis methods, including keyword frequency analysis, keyword network analysis, and topic modeling. The keyword frequency analysis revealed the most commonly used terms in articles about youth parents. The keyword network analysis provided insights into the relationships and connections between these key terms. Finally, the topic modeling technique helped identify and categorize the main themes and issues discussed in the media regarding youth parents. Based on these analytical results, we present policy implications for developing strategies to support youth parents. This research contributes to the existing literature by providing a comprehensive analysis of media representation of youth parents and offers valuable insights for policymakers, social workers, and other stakeholders involved in supporting this vulnerable group.
