Purpose : This article takes DJI as a case study to explore the development and expansion of the drone industry in the international market. Research design, data, methodology : Firstly, it introduces the development history and current situation of the drone industry. It then analyzes DJI's successful experience in the international market, including advantages in technological innovation, product quality, and marketing. Furthermore, it discusses the opportunities and challenges of DJI in the international market from the perspectives of market demand, competitive environment, and policy support. Finally, it proposes strategies that DJI should pay attention to in its international market expansion, such as strengthening research and development capabilities, improving product quality, expanding marketing channels, and enhancing brand building. Results : Through the case analysis of DJI, this study aims to provide insights and guidance for the international development of other drone companies in the industry. Conclusions : This result shows that understanding the development process of dorne helps to judge the future development trend of dorne, and the foundation for the development and industrialization of technology in China is playing a leading role in leading the future development of dorne in the world. Only by continuing to adhere to the principles of market traction, technology promotion, and industry self-discipline can we ensure the healthy and orderly development of China in the field of dorne and continue to maintain its international leading position.

중국 드론 기술의 발전과 산업화는 세계 민간 드론 산업의 미래를 이끄는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 논문은 중국 드론 제조사인 DJI의 사례를 중심으로, 중국 드론 산업의 발전과 국제시 장 확장 방안에 관해 연구하였다. 특히, 국제시장에서 DJI의 기회와 도전, 시장 수요, 경쟁 환 경, 정책 지원 등의 관점에서 DJI의 성공 요인을 분석하였다. 그리고 SWOT 분석을 통해 중국 드론 산업의 국제시장 확대 전략을 도출하였다. 이를 통해, 중국 드론 산업이 국제시장으로 확장해 나가기 위해서는 R&D 역량 강화, 제품 품질 향상, 마케팅 채널 확대, 브랜드 구축 강화 와 같은 요인들이 중요하게 고려해야 함을 제안하였다.
