In 1935, through his encounter with the only begotten Son, Jesus, True Father (Rev. Sun Myung Moon) became aware of his identity as the "Special housewife" and led the providence with the perspective of True Parents centered on the returning Lord. In 2013, upon entering the Cheon Il Guk era, True Mother (Hak Ja Han Moon), the only begotten Daughter, defined the providential era before Cheon Il Guk as the wilderness era. She proclaimed a new perspective of True Parents centered on the only begotten Son and Daughter. Faced with this significant theological turning point, Heavenly Parent's Holy Community needs to reinterpret the Words from the wilderness era to maintain theological consistency and present them in a way that connects with the providence of the Cheon Il Guk era. On this foundation, True Mother's new truths can be organized as the seeds of True Parents' theology, thereby systematizing the perspective of True Parents for the Cheon Il Guk era. Furthermore, by becoming completely united with True Mother, the only begotten Daughter, it will be possible to achieve the actual settlement of Cheon Il Guk.

1935년 독생자 예수님과의 만남을 통해, ‘특주부’라는 자각을 가지신 참아버님께서는 재림 주를 중심한 참부모관을 가지고 섭리를 이끌어 오셨다. 그러다가 2013년 천일국 시대를 맞이하 여, 독생녀 참어머님께서는 천일국 이전에 섭리시대를 광야시대라고 정의하시면서, 독생자와 독생녀를 중심으로 한 새로운 참부모관을 선포해 오셨다. 이 중대한 신학적 전환기를 맞이한 하늘부모님성회는 신학의 일관성을 유지하기 위해, 우선 광야시대의 말씀을 새롭게 해석하여 천일국 시대 섭리와 연결되는 내용으로서 제시할 필요가 있다. 그 토대 위에서 참어머님의 새 진리를 참부모신학의 맹아(萌芽)로 정리하여 천일국 시대 참부모관을 체계화할 수 있다. 더 나아가, 독생녀 참어머님과 완전히 일체가 되어 실체적인 천일국 안착을 이루어 나갈 수 있을 것이다.
