This study examined various problems raised regarding the understanding of the Fall in The Divine Principle and proposed new understandings that can overcome these problems from the perspective of True Parents Theology. First, the fact that the first human beings, Adam and Eve, had an illicit love relationship due to the temptation of an archangel should not be explained solely as a sexual act in an immature state. It states that a deep understanding is needed of the corruption of selfish false love that destroys the value of the other person based on one's own excessive desires, leaving the order of true love that invests oneself for the other person. Second, when you receives a marriage blessing through True Parents, who came as the reality of Heavenly Parent, and try to practice true love, you can be converted into the lineage of Heavenly Parent. It was revealed that only this understanding of True Parents theology can eliminate unnecessary misunderstandings about the Family Federation. Third, from the perspective of True Parents theology, it pointed out the parts where the understanding of the Fall in 『The Divine Principle』 can be understood as gender discriminatory and argued that revision or discussion on this is necessary.

본 연구는 『원리강론』의 타락 이해에 대해 제기된 여러 문제를 살펴보고 참부모신학의 관점 에서 이러한 문제를 극복할 수 있는 새로운 이해를 제시해보았다. 첫째, 인간시조 아담과 해와 가 천사장의 유혹으로 불륜한 사랑의 관계를 가진 것을 미성숙한 상태에서 가진 성적 행위로만 설명할 것이 아니라 상대를 위하여 자신을 투입하는 참사랑의 질서를 떠나 자신의 과분한 욕망을 중심으로 상대의 가치를 파괴하는 이기적인 거짓 사랑이 타락이라는 심층적인 이해가 필요함을 서술하였다. 둘째, 하늘부모님의 실체로 오신 참부모님을 통해 축복결혼을 받고 참사 랑을 실천하고자 할 때 하늘부모님의 혈통으로 전환되며 이러한 참부모신학의 이해만이 가정연 합에 대한 불필요한 오해를 불식시킬 수 있음을 밝혔다. 셋째, 참부모신학의 관점에서 『원리강 론』의 타락 이해가 성차별적으로 이해될 수 있는 부분을 지적하고 이에 대한 수정 또는 논의가 필요함을 논증하였다.
