- The purpose of this study was to examine the legal basis of social-emotional learning(SEL) through Japan's Basic Law of Education and the National Curriculum, and to analyze the specific practices of SEL to draw implications for the implementation of SEL in Korea. We found a close connection with the social-emotional competence component in the educational philosophy and goals of the Basic Education Law of Japan. The background and content of the national curriculum, which emphasizes fostering the "zest for life," suggest that the direction of education emphasizes SEL. In addition, through the case of SEL, we were able to infer that Japan operates SEL in various forms within the school curriculum and emphasizes connections with families and communities. The implications of the Japanese case for Korea's social-emotional learning policies and operations are as follows: Firstly, effective implementation of SEL requires the establishment of relevant laws, specific provisions, and guidelines. Secondly, SEL should be systematically integrated across all educational activities, including curriculum, extracurricular, and special programs. Lastly, SEL effectiveness hinges on close collaboration among schools, families, and the local community.

- 본 연구는 일본의 교육기본법 및 국가 교육과정을 통해 사회정서학습의 법적 근거를 살펴보고 사회정서 학습의 구체적인 실천사례를 분석하여 우리나라의 사회정서학습 운영방안에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으 로 하였다. 일본 교육기본법의 교육목표와 목적에서 사회정서역량 요소와 밀접한 관련성을 찾을 수 있었고 국가 교육과정에서는 ‘살아가는 힘(zest for life)’ 육성이라는 이념의 배경과 내용을 통해 일본 교육의 방향성이 사회정 서학습을 중시하고 있음을 유추해볼 수 있었다. 또한 사회정서학습 사례를 통해 일본은 다양한 형태로 학교 교육 과정내에서 사회정서학습을 운영하고 있는 점과 가정과 지역사회와의 연계를 중시하고 있는 점을 도출할 수 있었 다. 일본의 사례를 통해 탐색한 우리나라 사회정서학습 정책 및 운영에 대한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 사 회정서학습의 방향과 실효성 있는 운영을 위해서는 관련법 재정비 및 제정, 구체적인 규정, 지침 마련이 필요하다. 둘째, 사회정서학습은 교과, 비교과, 특별활동 등 모든 교육활동에서 체계적으로 연계되어야 한다. 셋째, 사회정서 학습은 학교, 가족, 지역사회와의 긴밀한 협력 속에 실현되어야 한다.

- Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
