This study investigated a case of scaffolding-based guidance for Korean pre-service teachers’ mock lesson design and implementation. To help pre-service teachers with limited Korean language teaching experience successfully complete the task of designing and implementing a Korean listening mock lesson, the study followed the ADDIE procedure to break down the entire mock lesson design and implementation process into smaller steps. At each stage, the necessary procedural, content-support, and participation-inducing scaffolding were provided. The results showed that through various forms of scaffolding, pre-service teachers were able to successfully complete the mock lesson design and implementation process and enhance their sense of efficacy, satisfaction, and accomplishment. It is expected that this study can contribute to the exploration of effective guidance methods for strengthening the teaching capacity of Korean pre-service teachers.

본 연구는 한국어 예비 교원을 대상으로 모의수업 설계와 실행 과정에서 스캐폴딩을 활용한 지도 사례를 분석하였다. 먼저 21명의 예비 교원들에게 한국어 듣기 모의수업 을 설계하고 실행하는 과제를 부여하였다. 그리고 이를 성공적으로 수행할 수 있도록 ADDIE 절차를 따라 모의수업 설계와 실행의 전 과정을 세분화하였으며, 각 단계에 필 요한 절차적 스캐폴딩, 내용지원적 스캐폴딩, 참여유도적 스캐폴딩을 제공하였다. 그 결과 다양한 방식의 스캐폴딩을 통해 예비 교원들은 모의수업 설계와 실행 과정을 성 공적으로 수행하고 효능감, 만족감, 성취감을 높일 수 있었다. 본 연구는 한국어 예비 교원의 수업 역량 강화를 위한 효과적인 지도 방안을 모색하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
