The purpose of this study is to derive policy implications for the efficient allocation of limited resources by analyzing the Needs of SMEs for youth employment policies in consideration of the characteristics of each industry and regional diversity. To this end, the trend of policy studies for analysis by industry and region presented as limitations through prior studies was analyzed. The research analysis framework according to this analyzed the degree of demand using the locus for focus model. As a result of the study, it can be confirmed that the necessity and degree of help of each SME youth employment policy by industry and region differ according to the industry and region. As a implication of the study, it was suggested that the policy specified in the local industry and employment policy should be reflected through systematic analysis by local governments and regions in the future.

본 연구는 업종별 특성과 지역적 다양성을 고려하여 중소기업의 청년 고용정책에 관한 요구도를 분석하 여 한정된 자원의 효율적 배분을 위한 정책 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 통해 그간 의 한계점으로 제시된 산업 및 지역별 분석을 위한 정책연구의 경향을 검토하였고, 연구 방법으로 The Locus for Focus 모형(Model)을 활용하여 요구도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 산업 및 지역별 중소기업 청년 고용정책 각각에 대한 필요성과 도움 정도는 업종과 권역에 따라 차이가 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 산업 및 지역별 체계적인 분석을 통해 중소기업 청년 고용정책에 관한 수요 기반의 차별화된 정책 설계의 필요성이 시사되었다.

These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
