- This study aims to provide basic data for discussions on raising supervision-related awareness and activating supervision in the facility by identifying the perceptions and needs of living rehabilitation social workers in residential facilities for the disabled. To this end, a focus group interview (FGI) was conducted and content analysis was conducted targeting living rehabilitation social workers in residential facilities for the disabled in Chungnam province. The main categories of interviews were basic perceptions and expectations of supervision by living rehabilitation social workers, the reality and limitations of supervision in residential facilities for the disabled, and the demand for systematization and internalization of supervision in residential facilities for the disabled. Accordingly, 5 key topics and 14 sub-topics were derived. Based on this, it proposed the urgent need for education to raise supervision awareness for disabled residents, enhance the role and capabilities of supervisors based on the characteristics of facility work, form a relationship-based organizational culture for stable supervision execution, and systematize supervision at the level of facility operation reflecting the specificity of disabled residents.

- 본 연구는 장애인거주시설 생할재활교사의 슈퍼비전 인식과 요구를 파악하여 시설 내 슈퍼비전 관련 인 식 제고와 슈퍼비전 활성화 논의의 기초자료 제공에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 충남지역 장애인거주시설 생활재활교 사들을 대상으로 초점집단면담(FGI)을 진행하고 내용분석을 실시하였다. 면담의 주요 범주는 생활재활교사들의 슈 퍼비전에 대한 기본인식과 기대, 장애인거주시설 내 슈퍼비전 현실과 한계 인식, 장애인거주시설 슈퍼비전 체계화 및 내실화를 위한 요구였으며, 그에 따른 내용분석 결과 5개의 핵심주제 및 14개의 소주제가 도출되었다. 이를 기 반으로 장애인거주시설 종사자에 대한 슈퍼비전 인식 제고 교육의 시급함, 시설 업무특성에 입각한 슈퍼바이저의 역할과 역량 제고, 안정적 슈퍼비전 실행을 위한 관계 기반 조직문화 형성, 장애인거주시설의 특수성을 반영한 시 설운영 차원의 슈퍼비전 체계화 방안을 제안하였다.

The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
