This study was conducted to understand what college students who participated in the constructivist career group counseling program experienced. To this end, the reflection diaries of 13 participants were analyzed using the subject analysis method. As a result of the analysis, three areas of career identity, career adaptability, and career execution ability were derived for college students, eight topics, and 11 sub-themes. Three themes were included in the career identity area: "expansion of self-understanding," "improving confidence," and "clarity of career goals," three themes were included in the career adaptability area: "self-reflection and insight," "observation learning effect," and "acquiring a sense of control over an uncertain future," and two themes were included in the career execution power area: "career and employment execution

본 연구의 목적은 충청권역 A대학 교양 수업 시간에 운영된 진로구성주의 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 대학생들의 경험을 이해하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 참여자 13명의 성찰일지를 주제 분석(Thematic Analysis)하 였다. 분석 결과, 진로 정체성, 진로 적응성, 진로 실행력의 3개 영역과 8개 주제, 11개 하위주제가 도출되었다. 진 로 정체성 영역에는 ‘자기 이해의 확장’, ‘자신감 향상’, ‘진로 목표의 명료화’ 3개 주제, 진로 적응성 영역에는 ‘자 기성찰 및 통찰’, ‘관찰학습 효과’, ‘불확실한 미래에 대한 통제감 획득’ 3가지 주제, 진로 실행력 영역에는 ‘진로 및 취업 실행 계획’, ‘직업 및 취업 준비 행동’ 2개 주제가 포함되었다. 본 연구 결과는 대학 현장에서 진로 구성주의 집단상담 프로그램 추진의 실증적 근거를 제시했다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 연구의 한계와 후속 연구에서의 제언을 논의하였다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
