- This study aimed to diagnose the current status of education programs designed to enhance the digital competencies of social welfare facility workers and propose improvements. With the emergence of non-face-to-face services due to COVID-19, the importance of digital competencies for social service practitioners has been increasing. However, it is a fact that the enhancement of workers' competencies has been relatively neglected compared to the focus on user competence. In this study 26 programs from 9 institutions were analyzed in terms of program types, duration and digital competencies. The results revealed that most education programs were skewed towards communication and collaboration using digital technology with a tendency to implement uniform education without considering the existing competencies of the education targets and the nature of their work. Therefore this study suggests the need for providing education programs tailored to individual's competencies and job responsibilities developing programs that can balance the development of various digital competencies deriving performance indicators for quality control of education programs and proposing standardized education content at the central government or local government levels

- 본 연구는 사회복지기관 종사자들의 디지털 역량을 중진시키기 위한 교육 프로그램의 현황을 진단하고 이에 대한 개선점을 제안하고자 했다. 코로나 19로 인한 비대면 서비스의 출현으로 사회복지기관 종사자들의 디지 털 역량에 대한 중요성은 점차 높아지고 있으나 이용자에 대한 역량 강화에 비해 종사자들의 역량 강화는 상대적 으로 소홀했던 것이 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 9개 기관 26개 프로그램을 대상으로 프로그램의 종류, 기간, 디지털 역량 등을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대부분의 교육이 디지털 기술을 이용한 의사소통 및 협력, 콘텐츠 창작에 편중 되어 있으며 교육 대상의 기존 역량, 업무의 특성을 전혀 고려하지 않은 획일적인 교육을 시행하는 경향이 강했 다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 본인의 역량에 및 직무에 적합한 교육 프로그램의 제공, 다양한 디지털 역량을 균형 있게 발전시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발, 교육 프로그램의 질 관리를 위한 성과지표의 도출 필요성, 그리고 중 앙정부나 지자체 단위에서의 표준적인 교육 내용의 개발 등을 제안하였다..

- Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
