The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the structural relationship between service quality of winter season training sites, satisfaction, training commitment and loyalty. In addition, this study presents implications for service development, operation plans, and strategies in attracting and operating winter training by local governments. To achieve the purpose of this study, a total of 380 samples were distributed to participants of Winter Season Training and 354 samples (93.1%) were used for final analysis, excluding 26 samples that were less reliable due to unfaithful. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS 26.0 and structural equation model analysis was performed using AMOS 26.0, First, facilities, services, and surrounding facilities among the service quality of winter training sites were found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on athlete satisfaction, but accessibility and programs did not affect athlete satisfaction. Second, it was found that athlete satisfaction, training commitment, and loyalty of the training site were positive (+), which had a significant effect. Third, the relationship between training commitment and loyalty was found to have a positive (+) effect. In other words, the satisfaction of the training site through the service quality of the winter training site stimulates participants to immerse themselves in training, which can lead to long-term participation by increasing the loyalty of the participants.

본 연구의 목적은 동계전지훈련지의 서비스 품질과 선수만족, 훈련몰입, 고객충성도의 구조적 관계를 증명하여 지자체의 동계전지훈련 유치 및 운영에 있어 서비스 개발과 운영방안 및 전략수립을 위한 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 의 목적을 달성하기 위해 해남군, 남해군, 서귀포시에서 동계전지훈련을 진행한 선수를 연구대상으로 2023년 1월 2일부 터 2023년 2월 28일까지 총 380부 중 354부(93.1%)의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였고, 주 요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동계전지훈련지의 서비스품질 중 시설, 서비스, 주변시설은 선수만족에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 접근성, 프로그램은 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘 째, 선수만족은 훈련몰입과 충성도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 훈련몰입은 충성 도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 동계전지훈련지의 서비스품질을 통한 참가자들의 훈련지 만족은 훈련몰입을 할 수 있도록 자극하며 이러한 훈련몰입은 참가자의 충성도를 높여 장기적인 참가를 이끌어낼 수 있다.
