The purpose of this study is to explore strategies for establishing a successful ecosystem for the regional sports industry. The research employed a Delphi analysis with seven experts from the sports industry, followed by an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis involving thirty local government administrators. The findings are as follows: firstly, 'human resources development,' among the four main factors for establishing the regional sports industry ecosystem, was identified as the most crucial, followed by 'sports facilities,' 'industry strategy,' and 'policy and administration' factors. Secondly, 'community sports facilities' emerged as the most crucial element within the sports facilities factor. Similarly, 'cultivation of sports management professionals' ranked highest in the human resources development factor, 'activation of local professional sports teams' stood out in the industry strategy factor, and 'securing finances in the sports industry sector' took precedence within the policy and administration factor. Thirdly, the composite analysis indicates that ‘cultivation of sports management professionals’, ‘community sports facilities,’ ‘expansion of specialized public sports facilities,’ ‘establishment of sports clusters,’ and ‘ensuring financial resources in the sports industry’ have relatively higher priorities. In conclusion, cultivating sports industry professionals with diversity and future insights is considered a crucial element in activating the regional sports industry. Specifically, it is essential to designate universities as regional hubs and develop educational programs that encompass advanced knowledge in the sports industry, practical skills, and forward-thinking approaches. Additionally, it is anticipated that a knowledge exchange program through mentorship activities will play a significant role in the sports industry.

본 연구는 지역 스포츠 산업의 성공적인 생태계 구축을 위한 전략을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 에 부합하기 위해 7인의 전문가에게 델파이 분석과 30인의 현장 전문가를 통해 AHP 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하 였다. 첫째, 지역 스포츠 산업의 성공적인 생태계 구축 전략을 위한 상위요인 중요도 순위는 전문인력양성, 시설, 산업전 략, 정책 및 행정 순으로 높은 가중치가 나타났다. 둘째, 하위요인 중요도는 시설에서 주민 밀착형 생활체육시설 조성이 가장 높은 가중치가 도출되었으며, 전문인력양성은 스포츠 경영 전문인력양성, 산업전략은 지역 연고 프로스포츠 활성 화, 정책 및 행정 요인은 스포츠 산업 분야 안정적 재정확보가 각각 높은 순위로 분포되었다. 셋째, 복합가중치 우선순위는 스포츠 경영 전문인력양성, 주민 밀착형 생활체육시설 조성, 특성화된 공공체육시설 확충, 스포츠 클러스터 구축, 스포츠 산업 분야 안정적 재정확보 등이 상대적으로 높은 가중치 우선순위를 나타내고 있다. 결론적으로 다양성과 미래 지향성을 갖출 스포츠 산업의 전문인력은 지역스포츠산업을 활성화할 수 있는 핵심 요소로 판단되며, 세부적으로 권역별 거점 대학 을 선별해 스포츠 산업의 전문지식, 실무적 지식 등 시대를 앞설 수 있는 교육과정이 필수이고, 스포츠 산업을 이끌 멘토와 멘티 활동을 통한 지식교환 프로그램 또한 필요하겠다.
