During the process of supplying frozen food, a large amount of frozen food waste due to various causes must be faced during the current supply process. It is an important task to efficiently dispose of such frozen food waste and reduce the impact on environmental pollution. Therefore, this study proposes an optimization model for the Cold Chain Supply Chain (CCSC) that considers the efficient treatment of frozen food waste during the cold chain supply chain from the viewpoint of resource purification. Through the proposed CCSC model, environmental pollution reduction and cost reduction were verified by presenting a method for efficiently treating frozen food waste. To verify the proposed CCSC model, a Genetic Algorithm (GA) approach was proposed. In the case study, various recycling and reprocessing methods were considered, and these methods were solved using the GA approach. Through the research results, the efficient recycling and reprocessing of frozen food waste and cost reduction were verified.

다양한 원인으로 인해 냉동식품 공급하는 과정 중에서 폐기물 많이 초래 하는 것은 현재 공 급망 관리 중에서 직면해야 하는 실정이다. 이러한 냉동식품 폐기물 효율적으로 처리하고 환경오염 에 영향을 줄이는 것은 중요한 과제다. 따라서 본 연구는 자원순화의 관점에서 콜드체인 공급망 중 에 냉동식품 폐기물의 효율적인 처리를 고려한 콜드체인 공급망(Cold Chain Supply Chain: CCSC)의 최적화 모델을 제안 하고자 한다. 제안 한 CCSC모델을 통해 효율적으로 냉동식품 폐기물 처리하는 방법을 제시함으로써 환경오염 감소와 비용 절감을 검증하였다. 제안된 CCSC 모델 검증하기 위해 유전알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm: GA) 접근법을 제안 한다. 사례연구에서는 재활용 및 재처리 가능한 다양한 방법을 고려하였으며, 이를 GA접근법을 사용하여 해결 하였다. 연구결과를 통해 효율적인 냉동식품 폐기물 재활용 및 재처리 방안과 비용 절감을 검증하였다.
