This study is an empirical study on the developmental dependent adolescents’ career preparation demand perceived field professionals who support people with developmental dependent adolescents. This research question is: How should career preparation demand for developmental dependent adolescents perceived field professionals supporting people with developmental dependent adolescents be provided? Tweleve practical professionals living in Seoul and Gyeonggido were selected for an in-depth interview. Data were collected from November to December, 2022. This research utilized Colaizzi's phenomenological method. The participants provided 26 themes of experience and 7 cluster themes. The final 26 themes are positive effect of career, prefer employment to go to university, importance of career's early intervention, role as a psychological problem, relationship with independence, limit of group teaching and education, difficulty of prediction, skilled structuralization, shortening attention, no desire, no class materials, difficulty of establishing relationship, problem of emotion-behavior, unrealistic friends, basic for independence, division of school and society, internal variables, independance, longevity, deficient support system, necessity of social relationship training, practice and job experience, understanding and management for themselves, necessity with training program, suitable support planning, sustainable employment, variable job development. This study helped people with developmental dependent adolescent realize the meaning and importance of their jobs in preparing for their jobs, and helped field professionals understand the difficulties in career guidance and the difficulties that people with developmental dependent adolescent have. In addition, it is possible to suggest what people with developmental dependent adolescent need to get a job, the content of career preparation demand for people with developmental dependent adolescent, and the demands and directions for policy support to provide education.

본 연구는 현장전문가가 지각하는 발달장애 청소년의 직업준비 요구에 대한 질적 연구로 발달장애인이 필요로 하는 직업준비에 현장전문가의 인식을 구체적으로 탐색하는데 있다. 본 연구질문은 현장전문가가 지각하는 발달장애 청소년의 직업준비에 필요한 것은 무엇인가?이다. 본 연구참여자는 서울과 경기지역에 근무하고 있는 12 명의 현장전문가를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰하였다. 자료수집은 2022년 11월부터 12월까지 수집되었으며 현상학적 연 구방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 참여자들은 26개 체험주제와 7개 주제묶음을 제공했 다. 마지막 26개 주제는 진로의 긍정적 효과, 진학보다 취업 선호, 진로 조기개입의 중요성, 심리적 문제도 한몫, 자립과의 연관성, 집단 지도와 교육의 한계, 예측의 어려움, 집중력이 짧음, 욕구 없음, 수업 자료의 부재, 관계 형 성의 어려움, 정서 행동의 문제, 현실감이 없는 친구들, 자립을 위한 기초, 학교와 사회의 구분, 내적인 요인, 자립, 노후의 걱정, 부족한 지지체계, 사회적 관계 훈련이 필요, 실습과 직업 체험, 자기 관리, 폭넓은 훈련 프로그램의 필요성, 맞춤형 지원계획, 취업지속성, 다양한 직무 개발로 나타났다. 본 연구는 발달장애 청소년이 직업을 준비하 는 데 발달장애인의 직업의 의미와 중요성을 깨달을 수 있고, 현장전문가가 진로지도시 힘든 점과 발달장애 청소 년이 가지고 있는 힘든 점을 이해할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 발달장애 청소년이 취업하는데 필요한 점과 발달장애 청소년의 직업준비교육의 내용과 교육을 실시할 정책지원의 요구와 방향을 제시할 수 있는 데 있다.
