This study, aims to examine the effects of Balanced Scorecard (BSC), an evaluation system of corporate management performance and the working environment on Korean food restaurant employees’ self-efficacy, a source of their confidence and capability and the intention to stay in their organizations, in other words, the intention to continuously engage in the current workplaces, by recognizing that the corporate performance management and human resources management are more important than any others in achieving the visions and the goals of Korean food restaurants, and to provide improvements for the management performance and the human resources management in Korean food restaurants based on the findings. It would be, necessary to design the future study suitable for the characteristics of the subjects. In addition, a multifaceted study will be conducted to examine the influence relations between the job satisfaction and the corporate performance, according to the self-efficacy, by developing a study model.

본 연구는 한식 전문점이 지향하는 비전과 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 기업의 성과를 관리하는 성과관리 와 종사자의 인력관리가 무엇보다도 중요하다는 인식을 가지고, 기업 경영성과 평가시스템인 BSC (Balanced Scorecard, 균형성과표)와 근무환경이 한식 전문점 종사자의 자신감과 능력의 원천인 자기효능감에 어떤 형향을 미치는지 규명하는 것이 연구목적이며, 연구결과를 통해 한식 전문점의 경영성과와 인력관리에 대한 개선점을 제 시하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 한식 전문점의 성장과 종사자의 지속적인 근무를 위해서는 종사자의 스트레스 관리와 함께 이익의 분배, 과정의 공정성 이라는 시대적 흐름을 경영방침에 적용하고, 자기효능감이 높은 직원의 조직참 여도를 높여 장기근속의 동기를 부여해야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
