The purpose of this study is to describe and comprehend nursing students' diverse experiences in nursing management practicum based on action learning, aiming to provide evidence for the qualitative enhancement of nursing practicum education. Data were collected for two years and involved 115 students who wrote their reflective journals in nursing management practicum based on action learning. Data were analyzed the qualitative data analysis program QDA Miner Lite, employing interpretative phenomenological content analysis. A total of 66 meaningful codes, 18 categories, and 7 themes were derived. The themes were ‘Problem-solving ability’, ‘Reflective ability’, ‘Nursing leadership', ‘Critical thinking', ‘Communication', ‘Limitation of carrying out Action Learning’ and ‘Understanding of nursing management’. Following action learning in nursing management practicum, nursing students have developed their nursing competencies and gained a comprehensive understanding of nursing management. It is then proposed that the development and evaluation of nursing practicum education programs applying experiential learning within outcome-based education should be considered.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생이 액션러닝기반 간호관리학실습교육에 대한 다양한 경험을 이해하고 기술 함으로써 간호실습교육의 질적 향상을 위한 근거자료를 마련하기 위함이다. 자료수집은 4학년 간호대학생들이 간 호관리학실습에서 액션러닝을 수행하며 작성한 성찰일지를 2년에 걸쳐 수집하였다. 자료분석은 질적 자료분석프로 그램 QDA miner lite을 이용하여 질적 내용분석하였다. 총 66개의 의미 있는 코드, 18개의 범주와 총 7개 주제로 도출되었다. 7개 주제는 ‘문제해결력’, ‘성찰 능력’, ‘간호리더십’, ‘비판적 사고’, ‘의사소통’, ‘액션러닝 운영의 제한점’ 과 ‘간호관리의 이해’이다. 본 연구에서 간호대학생들은 액션러닝기반 간호관리학실습을 통해 자신의 간호역량이 개발되고 간호관리에 대해 폭넓은 이해를 경험하였다. 앞으로 성과기반 간호실습교육의 교과운영에 있어 경험중심 학습을 적용한 실습교육프로그램 개발과 평가체계 연구 개발이 필요하다.

Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
