This study attempted to check the satisfaction of learners by applying a rubric evaluation tool to evaluate the dental hygiene management process to see if the rubric evaluation paper had a positive effect on learners and instructors as an evaluation tool for practical subjects. A total of 42 students from D university located in Busan city were evaluated for the students who participated in the class from May 4 to Jun 16, 2023, and their satiscation was investigated. The survey results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0. As a results of applying the rubric evaluation paper derived through reliability verification and validity verification to the actual curriculum, it was confirmed that it is an evaluation tool that helps improve the quality of classes. In addition, it was confirmed that the evaluation tool can be objective and improve the learning effect in evalution students through learning satisfaction after applying the rubric evaluation. This laid the foundation for attempting to develop rubric in other subjects, ans it is suggested that follow-up research will continue to deveolop and verify evaluation tools for many major subjects in the future.

본 연구는 치위생관리과정을 평가하기위한 루브릭평가도구를 적용하여 학습자의 만족도를 확인하여 학습 자와 교수자에게 실습교과의 평가도구로서 루브릭평가지가 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 부산광 역시에 소재한 D대학 3학년학생 총 42명을 대상으로 2023년 5월 4일부터 6월 16일까지 수업에 참여한 학생들에 관한 평가를 진행한 후 만족도를 조사하였다. 조사한 결과는 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 통계분석하였다. 연구결과 신 뢰도 검증과 타당도 검증을 통해 도출된 루브릭평가지를 실제 교과과정에 적용해 본 결과 수업의 질을 향상하는 데 도움이 되는 평가도구임을 확인하였다. 또, 루브릭평가의 적용 후 학습만족도를 통해 평가도구가 학생들을 평 가하는데 있어 객관적이고, 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 타 교과에서도 루브릭 개발을 시도할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였으며, 앞으로 많은 전공 교과목의 평가도구 개발과 검증을 위한 후속 연구가 계속 되어지길 제언한다.
