Among the government's carbon reduction policies, this study examines the improvement of window insulation performance when an external electric blind (EEB) is installed as a method of reducing primary energy consumption for heating in existing apartment house. As a result of the analysis, the reduction ratio of heating energy according to the installation of EEB was at -35% in the living room(LR) and -20% in the child bedroom(CR) in the south wall. Also, in the north wall, it was at -14% in the LR and -10% in the CR. However, when the reduction ratio is converted into an absolute amount, the difference by direction is very small, and it has been confirmed that there is a reduction effect of -7.7~-9.1[kWh/㎡yr] in the LR and -5. 7~ -5.9[kWh/㎡yr] in the CR.

본 연구는 정부의 탄소 저감 정책 중, 기존 공동주택의 난방용 1차 에너지 소비량를 줄이는 방법으로 외 부 전동 블라인드(EEB) 설치 시 창호 단열 성능 향상에 대해 검토한 것이다. 검토 결과, EEB 설치에 따른 난방 에너지 저감 비율은 남향일 때 거실(LR)에서 -35%, 자녀방(CR)에서 –20%로 산출되었고, 북향일 때 거실에서 –14%, 자녀방에서 –10%로 계산되었다. 단, 저감 비율을 절대량으로 환산할 경우, 방향별 차이는 매우 미미하고, 거실에서 –7.7~-9.1[kWh/㎡yr], 자녀방에서 –5.7~-5.9[kWh/㎡yr]의 저감 효과가 있는 것으로 검토되었다.
